just recently got a rock island armory 1911 , it is both 22 TCM and 9mm, 17 round double stack magazine , uses the same magazine for both rounds and the 22 TCM has got to be the loudest thing ive ever fired.

pistols and lower rifle previously shown in another picture, the upper rifle is a 556/223, has an omni hybrid polymer lower, and is rather light , i have switched the iron sights on to the 22 and put the utg red/green dot optic on the 223 rifle , and the knives are gerber smaller one is the prodigy,larger LMF 2 infantry
"i will have to look but i think the upper is aluminum, the whole thing is rater light weight, i had several people that were in the military say they wished their standard issue weapons were as light as my rifle and one even asked me if it was even a real rifle the only thing i might change on it is maybe get a small scope for it i have a utg red and green dot sight no magnification on it and its decent out to about 100 yards fairly accurate "

"it shoots rather well, it was passed to me by my father and to him from his father or grandfather i cant remember which, the wood stock is not the original and the rifle has been lightened and shortened, and the sights changed, from what i was told the rifle came from one of the wars and was turned into a saddle rifle/ coyote gun for when they were working cattle, oddly this rifle dose not recoil any harder thana 30-06 or a 308 and about half the recoil of a mosin nagant, im thinking about putting the hand made wood stock in a safe place and getting a polymer stock system but im torn if i go with the ati scout stock i will not have to drill and tap the receiver for a scope mount it had a built in scope rail but minimal shooter adjust-ability, but if i go with the pro mag industries arch angle system i will have to drill and tap the receiver for a scope mount but i gain alot of adjust-ability shoulder stock cheek riser and the added benefit of a 10 round detachable magazine rather than a 5 round integral magazine im open to others opinions on the subject "

this was a few years ago just out at the red river with a friend trying out his new ak47
"it was fun, we always try to have fun, I'm a correctional officer for Texas department of criminal justice and there is a pretty good handful of us that get together and go shooting out atthe red river just for fun, there is several of us that bring out a bunch of weapons and some that bring a few and even some that don't have any that come out we lay them all out and everyone just kind of picks and goes and we have a good time,"
